Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Social Media team as soon as possible.


What you can expect:

  • Initiate, create and lead global social media projects and campaigns for our brands HUGO and BOSS delivering against strategy and objectives
  • Devise strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement on social media. Manage social media driven campaigns from ideation, content production to execution and performance measurement
  • Drive innovation on a 360° level, bring forward new initiatives and ideas, explore and develop strategies for emerging channels as TikTok etc.
  • Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to create and implement social first campaigns with key opinion leaders
  • Oversee the annual planning, working closely with the social media managers, community managers and influencer marketing managers
  • Manage campaign roll-out and storytelling on global social media channels, talent’s channels and other marketing channels, taking into account objective and audience for each project
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with a wide variety of internal stakeholders such as Global Art Direction, Global Licenses, Brand Communications, E-Com, Global Sustainability and liaise externally with agencies
  • Cooperate closely with Global Media to identify paid opportunities maximizing campaign efficiency
  • Oversee all reporting and social analytics to ensure all strategies and tactics are tracking against goals and KPIs
  • Stay on top of industry trends and mine opportunities within partnerships, emerging platforms, and product betas
